Finding high quality kid lit for your toddler can be hard. It’s not like there are no options out there, but let’s be real – how many children’s books have you “accidentally” lost because you couldn’t bear to read them even one more time? (I’m looking at you, The Runaway Bunny.)

If you’re tired of searching for children’s books that you and your little one both love (or at least can tolerate), check out this list.

As a longtime toddler teacher, believe me when I say I’ve read A LOT of books aimed at one to three’s. Here’s my best effort to compile a list of children’s books that balances your toddler’s need for rhyme and repetition with your need to not dread storytime every night 🙂

PS. If you see a book you want to check out, just click the image – they’re all links! By the way, this post contains affiliate links. If you’re curious, feel free to check out the boring legal page for more info.
